Data transmission with the conclusion of a contract for the purchase of goods and the shipment of goods
Personal data will only be transmitted to third parties if this is necessary within the scope of the processing of the contract. Third parties can, for example, be payment service providers or logistics companies. A further transmission of the data will not take place or only if you have explicitly agreed hereto.
The basis for the data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data in order to fulfil a contract or for pre-contractual measures.

It guarantees that Google will abbreviate your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Treaty on the European Economic Area before transmission to the USA. There may be exceptional cases in which Google transmits the full IP-address to a server in the USA and abbreviates it there. At our order Google will use this information in order to evaluate your use of the website to compile reports on website activities and to provide further services associated with the website use and the internet use towards us. The IP address transmitted by Google Analytics will not be aggregated with other data from Google.

In order to satisfy the statutory data protection stipulations, we have concluded a contract with Google regarding the contract processing.


Demographic features with Google Analytics
Our website uses the function “demographic features” of Google Analytics. With it reports can be created, which contain statements relating to the age, sex and interests of the site visitors. These data stem from interest-related advertising of Google as well as from visitor data of third party providers. An allocation of the data to a certain person is not possible. You can deactivate this function at all times. XING plugin
Our website uses functions of the XING network. The provider is XING AG, Dammtorstraße 29-32, 20354 Hamburg, Germany.
If a site is called with integrated Xing-functions a connection will be established to the servers of Xing. According to the status of our knowledge personal data will not be stored in this case. IP addresses will not be stored, neither will the usage behaviour be evaluated.

Google AdWords and Google conversion tracking
Our website uses Google AdWords. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States.
AdWords is an online advertising programme. Within the scope of the online advertising programme we work with conversion tracking. After a click on an advertisement placed by Google, a cookie will be set for the conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files,
which your web browser stores on your terminal device. Google AdWords cookies will cease to be valid after 30 days and not serve the purpose of the personal identification of the users. Based on the cookie Google and we can recognise that you have clicked on an advertisement and were forwarded to our website.
Each Google AdWords customer will receive a different cookie. The cookies are cannot be tracked via websites of AdWords customers. With conversion cookies conversion statistics are created for AdWords customers, who use conversion tracking. AdWords customers find out how many users have clicked on their advertisement and were forwarded to sites with Conversion-Tracking Tag. AdWords customers will, however, not receive any information, which enables a personal identification of the users. If you would not like to take part in the tracking you can object to a use. In this case the conversion cookie  is to be deactivated in the user settings of the browser. No inclusion in the conversion tracking statistics will take place either.
