The VEIT 3640 Semi-Automatic Folding and Bagging Station assists the operator in folding and inserting a poly-bag easily and quickly, therefore, saving time and money with a better folding quality.

The VEIT 3640’s maximum flexibility allows the folding of knitwear as T-Shirts, Polo-Shirts, pyjamas and all type of garments with a flat collar or with no collar as blouses, etc. and it can be used with cardboard or tissue-paper or no inserts at all. Pins or clips can also be used. The forming plate has an automatic up and down function especially designed for quick and efficient bagging and unloading of the garment. The forming plate is quickly and easily adjustable for different size folds and for different thickness of the garment.

The ergonomic working station is height adjustable, offering the operator a comfortable work position. It also includes a tilting system for a quicker layout and positioning of the garment for folding. The station is equipped with a pins/clamps box and an accessory shelf. The cycle is controlled by a knee plate with sequencer. The unit needs compressed air at 80 psi (6 bar) only and requires a minimal space.
