The completely renewed Trouser Topper-Pressing Machine Series 2390 offers different types for the same operation according to quality and operators requirements

BRI-2390/201 Classic: good pressing result with scissor type closing of upper buck, short cycle times, BRI Compact programmer
- Digital programmer BRI Compact (Compact control system) with Display: semi-automatic operation via sequential adjustable digital timer controls for steam/suction/blowing, dwell-time between steam and suction and closing head buck
- Digital programmer BRI Compact (Compact control system) with Display and function tracks (optional): automatic operation via digital track control automatically controls the machine via individual programs / consistent quality
- Steam edge suction (upper and lower buck): prevents damage to previously finished pressing areas during the pressing process / pleasant working environment
- Trouser waistband clamp and stretching device (optional): Automatic stretching of the waistband at the side-body area / Improves handling
- Height quick adjustment system for waistband clamps (optional): Stretching distance can be adjusted to suit different styles / added flexibility for different fabrics (elastic fabrics)
- Blowing via knee rocker switch (suction knee rocker switch is standard) (optional): easy to use knee operated device for blowing in addition to the pedal

Patented heating system
Especially developed for the garment industry, our patented heating system saves energy costs up to 30 % and shortens the heatingup times of the ironing bucks.
Ironing bucks*
We provide a wide range of ironing bucks for you individual needs. The upper and lower bucks as well as the left and right ironing bucks are shaped perfectly through a special digital surface processing technique (CNC treatment).
Isolated ironing bucks*
Our special isolation of the upper forms helps significantly reduce energy costs.
Covers for ironing bucks
The usage of highquality materials provide a long working-life and optimal ironing results.
Cover exchange function*
The covers can be easily exchanged through a user-friendly exchange function incorporated into the programmer. To position the cover, the upper form is moved to a distance setting and afterwards into the closing position to hold the covering material in place while securing.
Vertical adjustment of the machine*
The height of the machine is ergonomically adjustable and therefore provides a more efficient work place.
Adjustable pedal*
The pedal is ergonomically adjustable and therefore provides a more efficient work place.
