The Creasing and Fusing Machine is suitable for Fusing and creasing breast pocket welts for outwear.
This is a single, electro-pneumatic workstation with dies and pressing station incl. steaming device.
UBTL-D 3 for 3 welt lengths between 100-125 mm (3.9“-4.9“)
The UBTL-D automates the following operations:
a) Fuse interlining to welt
b) Crease + press left + right edges
c) Fold + press welt to shape
- Breast welt execution is a common indicator of garment quality and the UBTL-D produces excellent quality, precision welts
- By using steam with pressing, welts are consistently high quality, regardless of fabric content, weight or surface
- De-skilling this complicated and critical operation shortens training time and reduces labor and maintenance costs
- Multiple operations are made possible the UBTL-D operator can also inspect welt production or sew in pockets
