“Corporate family awareness – how can it succeed?”
On 20.02.2019, the VEIT Group took part in a meeting on the topic of family friendliness within the framework of the Bavarian Family Pact. The focus of the Family Pact is on the prerequisites, challenges and local support possibilities for a company’s family awareness in companies. The focus is on the compatibility of work and family life, family-oriented thinking and acting, fields of action of a conscious family policy and last but not least practice-oriented short guidelines for corporate culture and management.
“With this participation, we have come one step closer to our goal of positioning ourselves as a family-friendly and attractive employer in the market in the long term,” said Cornelia Veit, employee support of the VEIT Group at the presentation of the certificate.
